XML to CSV Converter
Convert XML to CSV by detecting repeating elements. Attributes are included as columns prefixed with @. Auto-detects the record element or lets you specify it manually.
How does XML to CSV conversion work?
CSV is flat — one header row plus one line per record — while XML is nested. Conversion works by picking the repeating element that represents a record (such as <item> or <row>), then mapping each of its child elements and attributes to a column. This tool auto-detects the record element, or you can specify it manually.
Attributes become @-prefixed columns so no data is lost in the flattening. Nested child structures beyond one level are serialized into the cell value.
