What it checks: package type detection (SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI via tincan.xml, cmi5 via cmi5.xml), manifest XML well-formedness, launch file existence, and whether every file referenced in the manifest is actually present — including case-sensitivity mismatches that break on Linux-hosted LMS servers.
This is a structural check, not a playback test — completion tracking and runtime behavior still need a staging LMS or SCORM Cloud for full verification.
